Nadare Roga was a Snow ninja who seems to have previously met and fought Kakashi. At that previous time, Kakashi was forced to retreat since he could not defeat all the Snow ninja alone. Nadare frequently mocks Kakashi because of this. Due to his chakra armor, he was able to counter Kakashi's Lightning Blade. However, Kakashi kills him in battle through taijutsu, crashing him into the rocks underneath. He seemed to be overly arrogant, even naming one of his jutsu after himself (to be fair, his name does describe the technique rather accurately).
These enemies have only appeared in the , which makes their canonicity questionable. All of the following characters utilize special chakra armor that is unique to the ninja of Yukigakure. This armor allows them to increase the power of their chakra, and also enables them to negate the effects of opposing ninjutsu and genjutsu, as well as a limited amount of physical attacks. In addition, it also comes with various attachments, such as wings or extending arms (the attachments vary, as each armor is customized for the user).
